APPOINTMENTS MONDAY & TUESDAY BEWEEN 9AM — 4PM TO FACILITATE MARRIAGE LICENSES BEING COMPLETED IN THE REQUIRED TIME FRAME.
Female must be a resident of Fairfield, over 18 years of age. A witness who knows both parties and over the age of 18 years.
Proofs of Identification (i.e. Drivers License and Birth Certificate or passport)
Certified copy of legal paperwork (i.e. widowed, divorced or annulled).
Must know Father's name and birth place
Must know Mother's maiden name and birth place
The address and telephone number of either party where they can be reached Before marriage
The address and telephone number where the couple can be reached after Marriage
Name, address and telephone number of officiant who will be performing the Marriage
Location where couple will be married
72 hour waiting period from time of initial application until pick up time
Marriage license is valid for thirty days from date of issuance.
Fee is $28.00
